Sara Ho, at just 25 years old, is the owner and chef of À LA WAFFLE. Having her own bakery has been a life long dream of hers and it came true on July 11, 2017 when she opened À LA WAFFLE. Her infatuation for baking and desserts started at a very young age; at only 5 years old, Sara began studying all the cookbooks at her local libraries and began developing her own version of "Culinary School" through out the years with countless books, videos, the internet, and research from traveling the world and trying all kinds of desserts (INCLUDING THE BELGIAN WAFFLE FROM BELGIUM!)
