David Pham and Daniel Ngo, co-founders of Banh Xeo Boys. While working regular 9-5 jobs, we started a backyard catering company for income on the weekends. We decided to cook Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Crepes) on-site like taco guys. Little did we know it would blossom into what it is today.
