El Toro Gourmet Meats, is family owned and operated by Owner Bob Bacca and his son Bobby. The brand “El Toro Meats” has been around since 1978. Bob took ownership in 1992, and he and Bobby have been proudly serving the Saddleback Valley ever since. They take pride in making sure their meat, poultry, and seafood is of the highest quality. Many have said, it’s the best in Orange County! Along the way, and listening to the needs and wants of their loyal customer base, they added a gourmet coffee line, fine wines from Napa and Sonoma Counties, and a vast selection of local Craft Beers.
