We opened our doors on January of 2000. It was a mother and her two daughters embarking on a journey with nothing assured other than our fondest hopes and dreams.
We wanted to provide our customers with the same quality, authenticity, and freshness that Mom, her mother, and her mother’s mother had served at the dinner table day after day for over four generations.
We knew that we had to import all of the herbs, spices, peppers and the like directly from Peru if we were going to achieve platted perfection. These key imported ingredients coupled with our mothers high standards for fresh produce and quality meats make a visit to Inkas Restaurant a culinary experience fit for Kings and Queens.
