Born and raised in Colombia, Eddy moved to California when she was twenty-two and has been living in San Clemente for the past nineteen years. Eddy has always dreamed of having her own restaurant and on August 12, 2014 Harold, her eldest son was able to make her dream come true, by opening LA Colombiana. All the recipes and every menu item is specially put together by Eddy. From her homemade aji to her secret Colombian spices you can tell her food is truly authentic and made with passion.
Eddy is not any ordinary business owner, she can be found any day in the restaurant greeting customers, serving tables or even in the kitchen! She will always insure every person that comes into her restaurant leaves as part of the LA Colombina family.
