Peter Stavros, a professionally trained chef, was the founder of Peter's Gourmade Grill. He was born and raised in Orange County. Peter specialized in impeccably simple and delicious foods. From local American fare to European delicacies. With his dedication, hard work and passion for food, the Gourmade Grill was born.
Peter knew at a young age that food was his calling. Being raised in a Greek home, where his Mother cooked all day with him at her side, gave him the foundation to his culinary expertise. After graduating from Le Cordon Blue in Pasadena, California, Peter worked with top chefs in the industry. He has worked everywhere from Cafes to Five Star Resorts. His extensive knowledge of food has allowed him to bring his passion from his kitchen to your to-go-box.
