Since 2013, Chen Yen has dedicated herself to changing the quality and service in The Sunrise Café – and what a journey it has been. A consummate businesswoman, she has taken her amazing life experiences to evolve into one of San Clemente’s leaders. After a successful 13-years of running Cafe Calypso, Chen was approached to purchase and rejuvenate the old Sunrise Café and now the word is out; things are different and better here. Freshness is served by the forkful.
