Tavern House is the creation of restaurateurs David Wilhelm and Gregg Solomon who have separately developed numerous Orange County restaurants over the past 25 years, including Kachina, Bistro 201, Barbacoa, Chat Noir, Saltwater Grill, Diva, Sorrento Grille and French 75.
