The Lobster Shack is South Orange County’s first eatery, where lobster fanatics can get their hands on a delicious and affordable East Coast Style lobster roll. A man of the sea and all things fishing, surfing, and diving, founder, Dan Naughton, wanted to provide locals with an opportunity to enjoy one of his favorite dishes, since childhood.
